Our Mission

Founded in 2009, we have been committed to serving delicious goodies to all of our customers. We believe that the experience of eating our products should include both enjoying your favorite gluten-free challahs and pastries, and discovering new ones along the way.

Our story began when several of our own family members became gluten-free. After trying various brands of challah and not finding the taste and quality we hoped for, our father, Mr. Baum, created our very first item — Baum’s Gluten-Free Challah. What started as a family effort to make meals feel whole again quickly grew into a passion. Over the years, our family came together to develop more amazing gluten-free products that we are proud to share with you, for any occasion and any time you need them.

Our family continues to craft top-quality, imaginative, and delicious gluten-free baked treats while catering to the needs of each one of our customers. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or something special to bring home for שבת or יום טוב, we have it all.
